Your data, when you buy a record
This page covers only purchases made through an IYEPR album page (download, CD, vinyl or merch). For the site's general data handling, see the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at the bottom of the page.
When you buy from an IYEPR album page, the sale is between you and the band: IYEPR is never the seller and never receives the payment. The money goes straight to the band's PayPal.
For CD, vinyl or physical merch orders, we collect the buyer's name, shipping address and email. These serve one purpose only: letting the band ship the order.
We email this data to the selling band, who uses it solely to prepare and ship the order. We don't use it for any other purpose and don't sell or pass it on to third parties.
For digital purchases the download link goes straight to the buyer: no shipping address is needed, and the data collected is limited to what's required to complete the purchase through the band's payment channel.
