Frequently asked questions
How do you choose which venues to contact?
We pick from the 80 venues in our network the ones that actually book your genre in Italy, not a mass mailing — the contact is always the person who decides on bookings, not a generic front desk.
Do you set the show dates for me?
No: we send the pitch to the right contact, but the reply and the date are the venue's call. We open the right door — we don't walk through it for you.
How much does it cost and what's included?
€40, one-off. It includes writing your band's pitch and sending it to the selected venues, plus a month of follow-up on WhatsApp if a contact doesn't reply or you have questions.
Do you guarantee a venue will reply?
No: it depends on your genre, the timing and how you present yourself. We also don't handle fees or expenses on your behalf — that stays between you and the venue.
Can I combine it with other services?
Yes: the release bundle combines venue contacts, press campaign and album page setup for €170 instead of €210 paid separately.
